We offer bioinformatics services for the analysis of next-generation sequencing results and informatics processing of RNA-seq. In particular, we offer: mapping of NGS sequencing to any reference genome, demutiplexing of BCL files, informatics processing of NGS sequencing data using Space Ranger software (10XGenomics), informatics processing of NGS sequencing data using Cell Ranger software (10XGenomics), analysis of Sanger sequencing results.
The Innovative Medical Center has computing power based on a 56-thread Xeon Gold processor with 128 GB RAM with NGS analysis software based on BWA aligner tool and Space Ranger (10XGenomics)/Cell Ranger (10XGenomics), as well as a custom pipeline for sequence analysis.
