Innovative Medical Center's goal is to provide optimal solutions to meet the diverse research goals of our customers. As part of our next-generation sequencing service, we offer sequencing with the help of Illumina NextSeq 2000 and MiniSeq systems. With the help of large-scale sequencing platforms (Illumina), we provide the highest quality next-generation sequencing (NGS) services, including: single gene sequencing, multi-gene panels, whole-exome studies (WES) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).
Samples are accepted Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Depending on the type of service, we offer to perform sequencing within 20 working days. Sequencing result files can be made available in FASTQ and BAM formats. We also offer mapping of NGS sequencing to a selected reference genome.
We set the conditions for NGS sequencing individually.
