Innovative Medical Center's goal is to provide optimal solutions to meet the diverse research goals of our customers. As part of Sanger sequencing, we offer sequencing using the SeqStudio™ Genetic Analyzer System sequencer.
The sequencing offer is available 5 days a week. Samples are accepted from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We offer to perform sequencing within 5 days. The results of the analysis will be sent to the email address provided in the order form.
In the case of Sanger method sequencing, it is necessary to provide an order form, a photo of agarose gel electrophoresis in the presence of a DNA length standard, and samples in a string bag with primers in a properly prepared mixture. We accept only 16 μL samples dissolved in water with 40 μM of primer for entire solution and 20 ng of DNA for every 100 base pairs of purified PCR product.

We also offer SNP genotyping at net price of 14 PLN and gross price of 17.22 PLN. Determination of reaction conditions is an additional fee of net 2 PLN and gross 2.46 PLN.
