Our goal

Single cell sequencing (sc-RNAseq) provides RNA sequence information from individual cells using next-generation sequencing technology. It allows the study of each region of the transcriptome in a diverse cellular environment.

We, as a certified service provider of 10xGenomics and Scale Biosciences we offer a comprehensive process for single cell sequencing projects. We offer advice on cell isolation and delivery, library construction, barcoded RNA NGS sequencing (Illumina), and data analysis. To ensure high-quality research results, we map the sequencing data to the appropriate reference transcriptome and perform a QC analysis with the 10x Genomics Cell Ranger software and differential gene expression analysis with the Seurat analysis pipeline. We offer 3’ and 5’ Gene Expression analysis depending on the experimental targets.
